      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a client with 3 H510 Aps. When I SSH into the individual APs I see a Recover.Me network using get wlanlist. The mac address shows&amp;nbsp;00:00:00:00:00:00 and it exists on all Aps.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8887"&gt;@sureal_alamsjah&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;AP broadcast recover.me SSID when AP loses connectivity to the gateway or when there is a change of Service Provider when the AP loses communication with the Gateway.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Can you check if the AP is able to reach the gateway IP configured?&lt;BR /&gt;You can login to the AP CLI and ping the gateway.&lt;BR /&gt;Or you can ping the gateway from the AP GUI under troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
