    <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet just doesn't load with ruckus. I have another router connected which works just fine. So, my internet provider is not an issue. The issue seems to be with the device. I have even updated it via unleased to the latest update. Can you please help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So I tried to follow this guide on my mac -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-console-in-the-ICX-7150-12CP-Ruckus-Switch/td-p/46759" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-console-in-the-ICX-7150-12CP-Ruckus-Switch/td-p/46759&lt;/A&gt;. But not able to see&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;/dev/cu.SiLabs_Serial under /dev.
