Hi Syn3232,

Greetings,

Please make sure the ICX-7150 is working fine. Are you able to console the switch and check the port status.

How to console in the ICX-7150

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-console-in-the-ICX-71...

Please try to change the cable connected between AP and switch and check if AP LED's are up.

Do you have external power injector to power up the AP ?

Do any AP connected to the switch is working fine ?

Have you checked the power status on the switch inline port ?

Please make sure the power settings meet the below table

Perform Hard Reset of Accesspoint and check if it makes any difference in Accesspoint.

steps to perform a hard reset:
-----------------------------
- On the rear side of the AP you can see the "HARD RESET" hole which is located near the Ethernet ports.
- Insert a paper clip or any point object into the “HARD RESET” hole and press & hold it for 15-20 seconds.
- This factory defaults the AP.
- Now the AP can be accessed using it's default ip address 192.168.0.1 by directly connecting to a PC in the same subnet.

Please let us know the update. We are happy to assist you.

Regards,

Sunil Acharya
