Please connect the PC to the same port and use the DHCP option to receive the IP address and check if the PC is receiving the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure the AP is running in standalone version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please connect the AP to the same port and login with default credentials.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;username/password ---super/sp-admin and configure the SSID under configuration &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Radio 2.4G and Radio 5G&amp;gt;&amp;gt; save the configuration&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under Configuration&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Internet&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Select the IPV4 connection modeas DHCP and IPV4 DNS as Auto option &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Update settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Sunil_Acharya_0-1679391906792.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/5553i259F8393E4F18251/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Sunil_Acharya_0-1679391906792.png" alt="Sunil_Acharya_0-1679391906792.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to use AP as DHCP server you could configure under configuration &amp;gt;&amp;gt;local subnet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please connect to the SSID and check if user is able to receive the ip address and connect to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sunil Acharya&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Turn on the Wifi on laptop.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Connect to the SSID, for example "Configure.me.x.x.x.x" with no password (When the AP is set to factory default) or any configured SSID on the AP.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Once connected open the browser and access "&lt;A href="https://unleashed.ruckuswiress.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://unleashed.ruckuswiress.com&lt;/A&gt; or the default IP 192.168.0.1 or the IP obtained from DHCP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are connecting the Laptop to the Ethernet port of the switch\router:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Set the IP of the Laptop to same IP subnet\network as AP's (ex 192.168.0.10 if the AP is in default IP network).&lt;BR /&gt;2. Make sure you are able to ping the AP's IP address.&lt;BR /&gt;Then follow the same instruction from point 3 as above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
