Hello Group,

I have an S500 and have performed the master reset on the device. Should I not see the configureme....

wifi network from the device? I dont see that network. What else could I be doing wrong.

Yes, after the factory reset you should be able to see Configure.Me WLAN for initial setup. Please find the below article for more info:

If the AP is still not broadcasting Configure.Me, we could hard wire a laptop to the AP Ethernet port with a static IP to access the AP. Please find the below article for guidance:
