Recommended Wi-Fi 6 upgrade from Unleashed R510

I have an existing ruckus unleashed network that came with my Lennar home, it utilizes a ICX7150-C12 + two R510 access points connected with CAT6.

I am looking for some recommendations to upgrade to a Wi-Fi 6/6E ruckus access point that will still be compatible with the existing ICX7150 switch using POE and continue using the unleashed deployment model. I know the R550 is one option. Is that the best step up to get 802.11ax support without spending a fortune?
