      <title>After the Power Outage was restored, the two units on the ceiling don't seem to have power</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last night we had a power outage in our community and after it was restored, having issues with the two Access points attached to the ceiling (at different locations in the house).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have powered up the main unit of Ruckus many times (we waited more than a minute before powering up the main unit during all our attempts), but the two access points are not getting any power.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon closely looking at the main unit, I see one green light and one amber light. Not sure if the Amber light should also be green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please assist resolving this whole issue. Will be very thankful. Dealing with such an issue for the first time and don't know what is the next step I should be now doing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My RUCKUS model is: ICX 7150-C12P&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Status light is not lit (I don't see any light)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;STAT, SPD, ID, USB, POE are not lit&amp;nbsp; (I don't see any light)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;SVST light is Amber and PWR light is Green&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope all of this is helpful to diagnose my issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
