Hello b8.

Raise the ticket with this information in the description, also download the support log from one AP two times. One with the IoT devices connected and other soon after they are disconnected. Then attach both support log in the case.

Here is the procedure to download the support log:

https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000003759

Upgraded vSZ to 6.1.1.0.959 and 3*R750 + 3 *R850 to firmware 6.1.1.0.1274

One specific IoT device based on an ESP32 drops offline from a 2.4Ghz network after 5 minutes due to 'inactivity' even though its constantly transmitting temperature and pressure data observable in both Wireshark and client devices.

Reverting to firmware 6.1.0.0.1595 prevents the issue from occurring. What information is needed to raise a ticket here?
