    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ran into an issue setting up Sonos Arc Sub and Surrounds.&amp;nbsp;Sonos tech support mentioned that&amp;nbsp;Ruckus access points convert multicast/broadcast traffic to unicast traffic, which disrupts expected &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Sonos&lt;/SPAN&gt; behavior. &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Sonos&lt;/SPAN&gt; requires multicast and broadcast traffic to be passed normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check link below for the following configuration for your Ruckus AP&amp;nbsp; to allow the access points to pass multicast and broadcast traffic full time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000006140" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000006140&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I make these changes via Mac?&amp;nbsp;Could someone explain if making the changes cause any other issue? thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello SSUB,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should access your Access Point by SSH, using a tool like putty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you should be able to configure the multicast:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ruckus&amp;gt; enable&lt;BR /&gt;ruckus# config&lt;BR /&gt;ruckus(config)# wlan MyWifiNetwork -&amp;gt; Change this for your network name&lt;BR /&gt;ruckus(config-wlan)# no qos directed-multicast&lt;BR /&gt;ruckus(config-wlan)# qos directed-threshold 0&lt;BR /&gt;ruckus(config-wlan)# exit&lt;BR /&gt;The WLAN service 'MyWifiNetwork' has been updated and saved.&lt;BR /&gt;Your changes have been saved.&lt;BR /&gt;ruckus(config)# exit&lt;BR /&gt;Your changes have been saved.&lt;BR /&gt;ruckus# exit&lt;BR /&gt;Exit ruckus CLI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m unable to install Putty in work laptop and don’t have another computer. Any chance that you can assist by remotely changing the settings of my Ruckus device? I can’t use my Sonos Sub with my Arc. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
