&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the update !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1-Seems to be that both lights are green&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2-That orange cable where it goes ? if that cable goes to the Router ( ISP ) please move it to one of the twelve ports available in the 'middle part'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3-Seems that you switch may present some PoE issue (power over Ethernet) Please connect directly to your ISP Router ( local router )&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To solve this you must access the command line of the Switch and do some diagnostics&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4-For this we must locate the IP address (this is a logical address assigned by your local router (ISP) to the switch) I will leave a quick guide:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not getting WIFI from my Ruckus R510 access points, i have troubleshooted with the truning off/on the power and cables and even removed from ceiling and tried with the all&amp;nbsp; options.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes , the lights were powered up. after 3 to 5 minutes the accesspoints are turning red light and then green light for 20 sec and the completely powered off. No&amp;nbsp; wifi is coming in our house.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
