      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi a all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I tryed to access to the AP but the pwd results not correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's two moths from my last access. Also the recovery email not match more for reset the pwd.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the last access I take a backup configuration "Ruckus_db_062322_08_45.bak".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a way to give again the access or open and read the backup file configuration?? .....without reset all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks a lots&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you open a support case then they can definitely pull the user/pass out of a backup for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Ruckus won't help because you're not the original buyer then ask on the ServeTheHome forums, where someone will definitely help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
