R610 AP

In the R610 AP GUI interface, in the switches tab, the Upgrade, Back up and restore options are grayed out. The switch is an ICX 7150 with a firmware version of SPS08090j.

Anyone have an idea as to why it's grayed out and how I can fix it.

From the screen shot I see 0 switch connected.

Could you verify whether the switch is connected to Unleashed?

Thanks for the reply. I watched the video and all the settings are correct but it doesn't seem to be picking up the switch. I tried to manually add the switch and this is what I see.

It says that the firmware version must be 08.0.90 or later but the switch's firmware is 08.0.90jT211. So I don't understand why it's not seeing it.

That's what I'm going to do. But what confuses me is that I have a switch in another building with the same firmware version and I can see it on the switches tab.

I upgraded the switch's firmware to SPS09010cT211 but it still doesn't work. Here's what I see on the switch.

SYSLOG: <14> May 10 18:12:45 P8_ICX7150_Primary Security: ssh login by admin from src IP 172.16.1.7 from src MAC 18b1.69fa.8687 to USER EXEC mode
