      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a ruckus T610...I can ping it but am not able to browse it or ssh... I tried different browsers but in vain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone with the hint? please urgent support is needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Claude,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you reset it to factory defaults?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried SSH?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When an AP is adopted to some controllers, the HTTP(S) interface can be disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps,&lt;BR /&gt;Darrel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Claude,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's unusual and it may be that the AP is faulty unfortunately. T-series APs ship with a 12-month hardware warranty to the original owner.
