Ruckus R310 AP WAL_DBGID_STA_KICKOUT occurs several times a day

I get repeated and randomly occuring disconnects throughout the day that last between several minutes to a few seconds seconds.

In the APs event log these message block repeat and are congruent with the times I lose connection I'm having trouble making following the meaning of these messages if its signal strength loss or some software issue

The "WAL_DBGID_STA_VDEV_XRETRY ( 0x40 )"message comes from excessive retries to a given client.
Each message represent 64 packets have been extensively retried by the AP to that client without receiving any Ack.
Consecutive 512 extensive retries cause AP to kickout the client.
That's what the message means.

Questions are, what version of Unleashed are you running, how many other APs are around this one, is your client the only one affected?

I had met similary syptom and log a few years ago.

At that tine the major reason was high airtime due to other aps and wips(they may active scan).

At first check airtime on your site.
