Missing where? As opposed to what other product?

Is it new? Did it get factory default reset?

When I log into the web interface menu the wireless option from the configuration menu is absent. Thank you for your response. The unit has been used elsewhere, I will carry out a factory default reset.

Ah, this sounds like you have an AP configured by an ISP with custom settings.

Try username/password of 'super' / 'sp-admin' , these are the Admin access credentials.

If you did not buy this AP new, we cannot help re-configure an ISP setup AP.

If you cannot login with userid of 'super' and password of 'sp-admin' after doing the indented Hard Reset,
you must have an AP sold/issued/installed by an ISP who purchased them from Ruckus and provided
them only for use with their controllers. You would therefore need to contact the ISP you got your APs
from.

Where did you get your AP Pascal?
