how to fix this issue? R710 cannot connect https or ssh,so i can't login ap to set anything

what do lldp from the ap report? I've been into troubles where connecting to lldp-avertised mgmt-ip was possible (and got a case now where it does not seem to work).

ap has been restored to factory settings, but ssh https is disabled,i can't connect ap do anything

Hi Peter,

Please provide some more essentials details:

What is the vSZ firmware version?
What is the AP zone version?
What error you are getting in events (screenshot provided by you is too small to read the content in it)?
Do you have other R710 already in working on this vSZ?
Disable the AP auto approval on vSZ, delete the AP entry from vSZ and now factory reset the AP. SSH into the AP CLI after factory reset and check its firmware version (get version).

I was install vSZ firmware 5.1.2,5.0,3.6,but still not work
If factory reset the AP, i can search ssid name is "Island-XXXXXX",but i don't know the password connect this ssid,ssh https still disabled

Hi Peter,

- Island-xxxxxx means AP is unable to reach its gateway (means AP is not getting IP or some other network issue).
- Check if AP is even getting an IP address, if yes, are you able to ping it from network?

Sorry for asking again but information I requested is still not clear.

- vSZ is on which version right now (I am sure its on 5.1.2 and you have upgraded from 3.6 to 5.0 and then 5.1.2 but just want to make sure)?
- What is the AP Zone firmware version currently?
