Ruckus R310 Sending Wrong Mac Address

I am trying to set up a Ruckus R310 to work with a social wifi service. The AP is sending the following URL

https://connect.starthotspot.com/login?sip=192.168.1.132&mac=441e9807fdc0&client_mac=bc5c4c9...

To work with the service it needs to send the mac address with the hyphens it it

44-1e-98-07-fd-c0

I am using unleashed on the AP. I have tried from the command line to change the nasid-type to mac-addr and to user-defined using 44-1e-98-07-fd-c0.

I have tried the same thing with the called-station-id and have had no luck.

Can anyone make a suggestion on how to fix this.
