Hi Keith

I have one question.

On encrypted networks, is associations 50 per radio in ZF7372?

Best Regards,

Hi Ruckus Support,

As from my understanding and datasheet, ruckus zoneflex only support up to 100 connected stations when WLAN encryption is enabled. Referred to release note 9.3 clause 4.2.25.

Is this limitation still hold up true with current newest firmware release?

How about Zoneflex that support 500 users such as ZF7982,7372,7782? Is 100 limit applies to all ruckus zoneflex indoor & outdoor products?

Thank you

Hi Eddy, on encrypted networks those restrictions still apply. It's actually a hardware restriction, so not something a software update can change.

The 500 associations is for open networks (no encryption) and is 250 per radio (2 radios on those units)

No, with AES encryption, it's still 100 users.

Hi Keith

Thanks for your reply.

If I only use 5GHz Radio, can 100 users associate with AES encryption ?

If I use both 2.4GHz Radio and 5GHz radio, can 100 users associate with
AES encryption, too ?

Please teach me that.

Best Regards,

You should be able to get 200 users in that case.
