I am using a Ruckus R750 in my office, which has 300 hosts. Out of these, only 15 are Mac users, and they are frequently facing disconnection issues. Could you please help me identify what the issue could be with either the Mac devices or the access point?
Hello, We are using Ruckus One (ruckus.cloud) and having a few administrators in the Ruckus Wireless website. When I plug my ethernet into the only other port on the R750, it will show the connection and the service I am connecting to, however it will not connect to the internet. I don't know if I have to enable something or what? Anything helps. Thank you!
